The A&C Advisors team brings more than 25 years of real investment management experience to both new and existing fund managers. Fund governance

Independent directors serve an important function that ensure the manager is always acting in the best interest of its investors. A&C’s directors have more than 20 years of direct investment management and operations experience. They have worked on trading desks, served as portfolio managers, ran fund operations, and worked extensively in compliance. Our team consists of real industry professionals who understand how funds work, what managers are supposed to do, and most importantly, that a director’s role is more than simply signing documents.
Board support services
A&C provides investment funds with board support services to make meetings run smoothly and efficiently. We work with managers to ensure all materials are provided to all participants in a timely and secure manner so meetings can be more productive. We provide all the services one needs for a successful and efficient meeting including meeting scheduling, agenda setting, distribution of board materials and minute taking.
Partnership representative
A&C Corporate Services provides non-US fund managers and foreign partnerships with a designated representative to meet the IRS requirements of a substantial presence in the United States.
A&C will provide the Partnership with:
- A designated U.S. individual with taxpayer identification number
- A U.S. telephone number and U.S. street address for correspondence and contact
- A designated U.S. individual to meet in-person with the IRS and a commitment to respond to their requests in a timely manner
- A designated U.S. individual to execute and file required documents with the IRS
- On-going consulting services related to audit and other matters
