What happens when you pit a Rolls-Royce Phantom against an Airbus A330? An epic, machine-versus-machine clash of the titans, the Aero vs Auto II is a spectacular stunt organized by Quotient Travelplanner that will see two of the most luxurious auto- and aerodynamic models compete to raise awareness of orphaned kids in Singapore.
Now in its second year, the race will cover a grueling 362km – from the Relais & Chateaux Villa Samadhi in KL all the way to Singapore’s Labrador Park. Two teams – Auto and Aero – headed by celebs Paul Foster and Choy Teh respectively, will soar and vroom their way to the finishing point, all in the name of raising funds for SLOAN, a privately funded organisation that provides assistance and mentorship to disadvantaged youth in Singapore.
If you’re a fan of big cars and big planes, head on down to be deafened by the combined synergy of the heart-thumping engines of the Phantom and A330, meet the easy-on-the-eye celebrity racers in the flesh, and do your bit for the kids who need your help.
Happening this Saturday, October 8, at ECO, Labrador Villa Road from 2 to 4pm, this mega-race promises to leave you breathless – while leaving no child behind.
