$42 million for NYC condo with $200,000 storage binAccording to Propgoluxury, One57, the 90 floor residential high-rise addition to the Park Hyatt currently being built is marketing 13 condos with asking prices of $42 million or more.

Two high-floor duplexes are priced at $98.5 million making it both New York’s highest residential building in stature and price.

“But it’s not just the apartments that are astronomically expensive. Storage bins in the building’s basement will cost as much as $200,000, a higher per-square-foot price than most Manhattan apartments command. The least expensive bins, which are made of wire mesh, cost $110,000 for 30 square feet, and prices go up to $200,000 for 50 square feet.”

Added perk: for $42+ million, residents have full access to the Park Hyatt’s amenities.
