Bruce Park

Bruce Park is the Director of Investments & Treasury at Delta Dental, where he is responsible for overseeing the organization’s treasury and investment activities. Delta Dental is one of the nation’s leading dental benefits providers, serving millions of members across the United States through a nationwide system of Delta Dental member companies.

In this role, Bruce leads enterprise-wide cash management, liquidity planning, and investment oversight, ensuring the effective stewardship of Delta Dental’s financial assets in support of its mission and long-term financial strength. His responsibilities include managing cash and short-term investments, overseeing banking relationships, and supporting capital and funding strategies. Bruce also partners closely with finance, accounting, actuarial, and risk teams to support balance sheet optimization, financial planning, and regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Bruce Park served as Vice President of Treasury and Head of Treasury at Molina Healthcare, Inc., a Fortune 200 managed care organization with over $20 billion in annual revenue. At Molina, he oversaw cash and investments exceeding $7 billion, corporate debt and credit facilities, bank financing activities, and served on the company’s 401(k) and Deferred Compensation Committees. Earlier in his career, Bruce held a similar senior treasury role at Health Net, Inc., where he gained extensive experience in healthcare finance and treasury management.
