Finally, the US is getting a cine-theatre renisannce thanks to the Mexico City-based multiplex concept chain Cinépolis. The experience is akin to the movie theatre at the Las Vegas MGM in the 1980s sans lion and the two black & whites per month. Cinépolis Luxury Cinema with 21 screens is now open in Del Mar with future locations planned in La Costa, Laguna Niguel and others nationwide. ‘Real’ gaming shoots back

The First-Person Shooter (FPS) simulator promises to blow you over with a spacious four by nine meter video dome. The setup comes installed with Battlefield 3 and provides for an omni-directional treadmill perfect for all your movements that are tracked by ten infra-red motion tracking cameras and a sensor on the gun, along with a Kinect hack that maps your jumps and crouches.
