A dozen bottles of whisky [only] on Harrod’s wall for $1.5 million
Scottish distillery The Dalmore has partnered with Harrods to launch The Dalmore Paterson Collection, named after master distiller Richard Paterson who assessed, nosed, tasted and selected each whisky blend for the lot of a dozen bottles. The price tag for the world’s only collection of its kind? A cool £987,500 ($1.5 million). Whiskies range in date from 1926 to the 1990s and make up a surprisingly personal collection linked to Paterson. New floating museum to be Asia’s largest
Travelers have a new destination to look forward to – an Art Museum built on an artificial island, thanks to Beijing architecture studio – MAD. The Pingtan Art Museum is their third museum project. It is said that the new construction would rise to be Asia’s largest private Art Museum. Stretching across 4,000 sq.m, the cost of construction has been estimated at 800 million RMB($130 million).
