The food of the future: luxury organics
So says Hong Kong-based whole food energy bars company Stephen James Luxury Organics. His bars, that profess to make you smart, beautiful or feed a craving for pizza, sushi or cholocate, are pre-sprouted and dehydrated. They “combine ancient knowledge with modern technology to create the Food of the Future,” for $68 for a pack of 12. Average energy bars can be found for as cheap as 99 cents at your local bodega but are often loaded with hidden sugars and fats.
