The go-to reservation booking site OpenTable.com has announced the top 100 eats from 34 states in the United States for 2011. The restaurants were selected as the “Best Overall” by culling ten million restaurant reviews. California and North Carolina, tied for first place with ten ‘winning’ restaurants on the list each, and New York came in second with seven. Some of the top eats include Canlis in Seattle, Barbara Lynch’s Menton in Boston, ElevenMadisonPark in NYC and John Besh’s Restaurant August in New Orleans.
