The Fat Duck, Bray, Berkshire, England<br \/>\n7.    Chef\u2019s Table at Brooklyn Fare, Brooklyn, NY, USA<br \/>\n8.    Minibar by Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s, Washington D.C.<br \/>\n9.
