The person I am talking about isChris Christie, the RepublicanGovernor of the Garden State. The man who is clearly not a man of all the people in New Jersey \u2013 take note of the many anti-Christie billboards that line I-78 and the New Jersey Turnpike \u2013but love him or hate him, you have to respect his ability to say what is on his mind.<\/p>\n
His comments about the gridlock and idiocies that surrounded getting a deal done to raise the debt ceiling were refreshing, in light of the endless drivel that the DC crowd unleashed over the last week or so as this nail-biter finally came to a close. Have you heard this clip that was running on NPR?<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat the hell are they doing down there? They don\u2019t talk to each other, they talk at each other. If we ever did that in New Jersey we\u2019d be run out of town on a rail.\u201d<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t think of any other politician who has the stones to tell people what he thinks and let the chips fall where they may. Sure, he\u2019s been called a bully and not everything he has done for New Jersey has been good, but man, at least he\u2019s able to say it like it is. And in today\u2019s political and economic climate, in my book that is worthy of respect.<\/p>\n

Two words: TD Bank. They may say that they\u2019re America\u2019s most convenient bank because they\u2019re open all hours, but when it comes to fees they are completely inconvenient. This bank does not care about customers at all, but rather about charging customers at every turn for anything. Management needs an attitude adjustment and a fee adjustment.
