To do so, the luxury sedan has set a new Guinness World Record for the quickest-accelerating full hybrid on the market.<\/p>\n<p>We already knew the M35h was quick; Infiniti claims a 5.5-second 0-62 mph time. Late last month at Santa Pod Raceway in the U.K., Infiniti put the M35h to the test over a full quarter mile run, crossing the lights in 13.896 seconds at 103.51 mph. By way of comparison, Infiniti notes the 1966 Shelby Cobra&#8217;s quarter mile time of 13.5 seconds, which also matches the 1964 Ferrari 250 GTO&#8217;s time.
